Benvenuti in Svezia.

A very special apartment with personality to sell. We are in Sweden, in a building from 1906, restructured with great taste, to be able to accomodate a small family. The building in itself is very spacious and airy, helped also by 5 meters of ceiling height, interrupted only by exposed beams and by a small loft under the tower. Yes! This building also has a personal turret. But before going to the tower, let’s take a look at the rest of the house. We have a beautiful living room, with wide window that floods the whole room with light, a small fireplace to warm yourself on cold afternoons, a sofa to relax on and a pair of armchairs. The dining room is decorated with a beautiful vintage wooden table, with wheels on the legs and with wings to widen the floor space, surrounded by seats different from one another, a beautiful ceiling lamp in metal and an antique butcher chopping board in the background that serves as furniture. The wood floor in oak gives a warm background to this house, at times contrasted like, for example, from the kitchen furniture in this almost petroleum blue and the black details. The inclined wall of the roof with its lights in a little bit of a bizarre position make this zone a little bit special, also with the help of the Falcon stove in sugar paper color, dominated by this professional aluminum hood which serves as a contrast to the vintage. A small step in wood helps us to leave go onto the small balcony to observe country life. And with the same idea, a wooden piece of furniture in the living room composes the first two steps of the staircase leading to the small loft, that then transforms into true and proper stairs in iron and wood, to be able to arrive at the small room of the inhabitants. The master bedroom is dressed in dark colors and a soft gray carpet; a cradle for the baby in the same tone of the rest of the house and we have ended the tour. Very much space, lots of light, a touch of vintage, of modern and it is quickly a home. Welcome to Sweden.
