La moda è una forma d’arte e come tale ha bisogno dei suoi spazi di interazione culturale. Armani Silos è uno di questi spazi; uno dei più belli e più ricchi. Non è tanto un’autocelebrazione dello stilista, quanto piuttosto un viaggio nella cultura degli ultimi quarant’anni. 4.500 metri quadri distribuiti su quattro piani in cui gli abiti dello stilista milanese, raccontano l’evolversi dello stile evocando i momenti più importanti della storia più recente. Storia ed estetica dello stilista non sono raccontate dal punto di vista cronologico ma per temi. Ecco infatti che al piano terra sono esposti gli abiti disegnati per le Stars e una sezione del daywear, …” al primo piano la sezione Esotismi. Al secondo piano, Cromatismi. Al terzo e ultimo piano la sezione Luce”.

Fashion is an art form and as such needs its own space for cultural interaction. Silos Armani is one of such spaces; one of the most beautiful and rich. It is not so much a self-celebration of the designer, but rather a journey into the culture spanning the last forty years. 4,500 square meters on four floors where the clothes of the Milanese designer, tell the story of the evolution of the style, touching the most important moments in recent history. The history and aesthetics of the designer are not told from the point of view of time but of themes. That is why on the ground floor clothes designed for the Stars and a section of daywear are shown, … “on the first floor is a section devoted to Exoticisms. On the second floor, Chromatisms. On the third and top floor the Light section.”
