Just because the Fuorisalone is finished, doesn’t mean that we can’t talk about it a little longer. In this case, we are talking about Hemma, a Swedish Design Moves brand. Swedish, which translated means “HOME”, and surely they know something about design furniture. This installation takes the visitor through a collection of objects for the home, chosen and arranged in a meticulous way, depending on the relationships they have with the other objects.

A set of objects convey the warmth of a well-furnished home, that is lived in with joy. Some of these objects have been produced by 32 Swedish designers with the help of 20 producers for the Nationalmuseum’s NM & Collection, making sure to put the heart of their country in these creations. Among these, we have Carina Seth Andersson with her collection of Sand Dinnerware dishes in collaboration with Design House in Stockholm, the Ateljé dining table designed by Matti Klenell and produced by Gärsnäs, the Botero chair by Klenell, and the SNÖ rugs & KOL designed for Vanda Rugs.

The objects are many, the designers as well, but there are also many reasons why we should take inspiration from Sweden for our furniture. The colors are chosen to perfection, with the right shades of beige, cream, ivory, caramel, the contrast with metal, and the idea of always adding a touch of nature through wood, plants, fabrics, textures and finishes.

A collection that radiates the warmth of home, with everything you need to feel comfortable and pampered. This is HEMMA GONE WILD, a breath of natural design straight from Sweden.
