Con l’arrivo dell’estate arrivano i pranzi in compagnia, impossibile resistere al richiamo della bella stagione: allora ecco che la tavola nel nostro giardino, sotto il portico, sul terrazzo ma anche sul balcone si veste a festa. E come sempre, sono i dettagli a fare la differenza. Vi proponiamo qualche idea fresca adatta alla stagione per decorare la vostra tavola estiva, pronta per accogliere amici e parenti ed un pasto in allegria!

Nulla dice estate come il mare, i fiori e l’accoppiata bianco e blu. Scegliete il tema che vi piace di più e sbizzarritevi con la decorazione! A ciascuno dovrete pensare di abbinare una tovaglia, un runner o delle tovagliette americane: le tovaglie a righe richiamano molto l’idea dell’estate, ma anche i quadretti (che richiamano il pic-nic), ma potete puntare anche alla semplicità e scegliere delle tovagliette americane in iuta o una tovaglia neutra in lino. Il giallo riprende anche il tema Capri, ispirato a colori e profumi del Mediterraneo, dunque piatti in maiolica gialla, verde e blu e qualche agrume (specialmente limoni) per abbellire la tavola. Per il tema marino, oltre che con conchiglie e stelle marine, potete decorare la vostra tavola vasi portacandele riempiti di sabbia o di delicati vetrini azzurri. Su una tavola estiva non possono mancare i fiori: decidete se creare una bella cesta fiorita come centrotavola oppure se fissare uno stelo o un fiore al tovagliolo oppure al segna-posto; i fiori vincenti sono girasoli, gerbere e margherite, ma anche timo, salvia, rosmarino e menta.  Se state organizzando una cena all’aperto, romantica o in compagnia, vi suggeriamo di puntare alle luci soffuse: candele, lanternine o catene luminose renderanno immediatamente la vostra tavola accogliente e con un’ambientazione da favola.

And like always, the details make the difference. We propose some fresh ideas adapted to the season to decorate your summer table, ready to welcome friends and family and a meal with joy!

Nothing says summer like yellow, the sea, flowers and the combination of blue and white. Choose the theme that you like the most and have fun with the decoration! For each you will have to think about combining a tablecloth, a runner or American placemats: striped tablecloths are very reminiscent of the idea of summer, but also gingham (which recall a picnic), but you can also aim for simplicity and choose American jute placemats or a neutral linen tablecloth. The yellow also takes up the Capri theme, inspired by colors and scents of the Mediterranean, therefore dishes in yellow, green and blue majolica and some citrus fruits (especially lemons) to embellish the table. For the marine theme, other than shells and starfish, you can decorate your table with candle holders filled with sand or delicate blue sea glass. On a summer table, you can’t forget flowers: decide whether to create a beautiful flower bouquet as a centerpiece or whether to attach a stem or a flower to the napkin or to the place-marker; the winning flowers are sunflowers, gerberas and daisies, but also thyme, sage, rosemary and mint. If you’re organizing a dinner outdoors, romantic or with friends, we suggest you aim for soft lighting: candles, lanterns or luminous chains will immediately make your table welcoming and with a fairytale setting.
