Questo delizioso appartamento di Lisbona e l’atmosfera serena che trasmette ci ispirano con il loro candore e il look (quasi) total white che non si fa mancare cenni di calore. Se dovessimo riassumere il concept di questa casa in una sola parola, sarebbe “eleganza”: la semplicità nella scelta dei mobili (seppur di eccellente qualità) porta con sé la pace dei sensi, ma anche una certa sofisticata ricercatezza data dalla palette di bianco sporco, crema e beige, nei dettagli in marmo di cucina e bagno, nell’elegantissimo parquet che attraversa tutto l’appartamento, ed infine nella meravigliosa vista sul mare. Alcuni pezzi di design contribuiscono al fascino e all’atmosfera serena, come la lampada Flos IC sopra il divano, la sedia Moustache in camera da letto e la poltrona Roly Poly di Driade, senza tuttavia rinunciare alla misura; infatti, ogni pezzo è calibrato sulle misure della stanza e in base agli altri mobili già presenti. La grande quantità di luce naturale aiuta certamente a rendere zen gli ambienti, mentre per quanto riguarda la decorazione degli spazi si ricorre ad un largo uso di vasi e piante, anche poggiati direttamente per terra, per un effetto rilassato ed accogliente. I pochi quadri appesi alle pareti sono precisi e indispensabili per la riuscita di un’atmosfera serena, proprio come piace a noi.

This delightful Lisbon apartment and the serene atmosphere it transmits inspires us with its whiteness and (almost) total white look that doesn’t miss hints of warmth. If we had to sum up the concept of this house in one word, it would be “elegance”: the simplicity in the choice of furniture (albeit of excellent quality) brings with it peace of mind, but also a certain sophisticated refinement given by the palette of off-white, cream and beige, in the marble details of the kitchen and bathroom, in the elegant parquet that runs through the entire apartment, and finally in the wonderful view of the sea. Some pieces of design contribute to the charm and serene atmosphere, like the Flos IC lamp above the sofa, the Moustache seat in the bedroom and the Roly Poly armchair by Driade, without however renouncing custom design; in fact, each piece is calibrated to the measurements of the room and to the other furniture already present. The large quantity of natural light certainly helps to make the environment zen, while in regards to the decoration of the spaces, extensive use is made of vases and plants, even placed directly on the ground, for a relaxed and welcoming effect. The few paintings hanging on the walls are precise and indispensable for the success of a serene atmosphere, just how we like it.
